What makes an AI workflow production-ready
A demo works once. A production workflow works on the bad days too.

A production workflow has defined inputs, defined outputs, and a defined answer to the question: what happens when this goes wrong?
That means confidence thresholds, exception queues, logging of every run, alerting to a named owner, and documentation that someone other than the builder can follow.
If you cannot explain how a workflow fails, it is not ready to run without supervision.

Find the workflow worth fixing first.
A focused session for owners and operations leaders. We map one process, establish a baseline, and tell you plainly whether automation is worth it — before you commit to a build.
